Delivery, Set-Up, and Pick-Up:
KOE requires the purchaser or purchaser designee to be at the location at the time of delivery/set-up, and pick-up. The purchaser is responsible for the equipment, although they may select a purchaser designee to act on their behalf. The purchaser or purchaser designee will receive instruction and training on how to operate and best-care for the equipment. KOE representatives will not enter any property without the presence of the purchaser or purchaser designee (18+ years). Upon arrival we will allow up to a 15-minute window before exiting and cancelling the event due to no show. All deposits and fees paid up to that point will not be refunded.
In the event the purchaser or purchaser designee is not present during the time of pick-up, a 15-minute window will be issued before the purchaser will start to accumulate additional hourly charges.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Please understand, if inclement weather is expected prior to delivery or after delivery and it is deemed unsafe, our technician will reach out to you and review the forecast and provide you with options for rescheduling the event and picking up the equipment if the event has started. Although we understand that cancelling can be an inconvenience, Kickback Outdoor Entertainment will make the final determination in the cases of inclement weather.
Lost and Damaged Policy:
In the event, there is damaged or lost equipment that is caused indirectly or by the negligence of the customer or the customer’s guests, others, pets on premises, the customer will forfeit the deposit and be charged for the replacement cost of the lost or damaged equipment, plus taxes, and any shipping and handling costs that may apply. Kickback Outdoor Entertainment will provide you with an invoice with applicable fees. All fees will need to be pay in full within 30 business days of receipt of the invoice or the customer will be subject to small claims court.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The paid deposit secures the date of your event. In the event you must cancel, the deposit is only refundable, if you email or text us (must be in writing) 48 hours prior to your scheduled event (by 11:59 pm). The refund will be minus the app/card/bank fees according to your method of payment. The written communication must include the customer name who secured the event, phone number, location of event, and date of event. If you do not abide by this guideline, your deposit will be forfeited. The timeline of the return of your deposit will depend on your method of payment.
Small Children and Pet Policy:
For the safety of our technicians, all pets must be on a leash or secured during set-up and pick-up. Please make sure the area for equipment is cleared of debris and animal waste. Please make sure pets are cleared of the area where equipment and the inflatable screen are located to avoid risk of injury and death.
Please ensure that small children are supervised during all times, including during technician set-up and pick-up. We kindly ask that you ensure that they avoid the area where the equipment and inflatable screen is located, to avoid risk of injury or death.
